Lenny Beir is the Chief Operating Officer at 1st Round Sports. He joined the team to oversee business development and provide insightful direction. Off to an incredible entrepreneurial career, Beir brings his outstanding leadership, managerial skills, and business experience to the table.
Upon earning a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina, Beir accepted a position with Citigroup Smith Barney. After learning the art of sales and the “one-call-close,” he took advantage of the flourishing real estate market by selling mortgage leads to financial institutions nationwide. It took only two months for Juicyleads, Inc. to warrant Beir the position of Vice President of Sales. Beir was the firm’s top producer for 14 consecutive months resulting in over $1.2 million in gross sales derived from a $25 product.
In November of 2006, Beir engaged in a partnership that formed Rare Air, Inc, an architectural and sports design company. Beir collaborated and worked extensively with many notable engineering firms to design a fabric, retractable roof for Miami Dolphins Stadium. In July of 2007 Beir founded a consumer financial services company to assist clients in settling and ultimately eliminating their credit card debt. As the Chief Executive Officer, Beir was responsible for supervising all design, marketing, and quality of services provided. The company exceeded $5.5 million in annual gross revenues by just the third year of operation.
